Our maximum capacity is 4 people in 2 rooms. For bookings of 3 or 4 adults/children the cost is as follows:
$40 per additional adult and $25 per additional child.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
50% deposit is charged for all bookings, and the remaining 50% is charged upon arrival. However, bookings within 14 days of the stay or for a single night stay, the full 100% is payable at time of booking. If you would like to vary the deposit amount for any reason, you can ring or email the host and discuss what you would like to do regarding the payment.
21 days notice of cancellation is required for the tariff to be refunded (less a $50 administration fee plus any commissions paid). Cancellations made within 14 days of the first night of the booking full payment is required, unless Rosella Cottage is subsequently booked, then the amount paid will be refunded less administration fee and costs. Failure to arrive the full tariff is payable.
Accommodation and Continental breakfast provisions for each morning of the stay. The breakfast ingredients are stocked in the cottage prior to arrival and each evening so that you are not disturbed in the morning. The price also includes many extras, including tea, coffee and biscuits, a selection of DVD’s, CD’s, games, books, an outside BBQ, and toiletries.
